Introduction

Titan BattleGear is a brand built by athletes, for athletes, a bold challenger to the outdated, underperforming gear flooding the hockey world. With cutting-edge materials and player-first design, they don’t just protect athletes, they empower them. As their vision expanded, Titan needed a technical partner who could break the limits of Shopify’s out-of-the-box tools and deliver a high-performance, custom-built e-commerce experience.

Client Background

Born out of frustration with generic, unsafe, and uninspired hockey equipment, Titan BattleGear set out to raise the standard. Backed by decades of expertise in performance apparel and product design, the brand merges high-tech protection (like Titanotex™ and Arc~Guard™) with sleek, player-focused aesthetics. Titan isn’t just about selling gear, it’s about making a statement, on and off the ice. As they grew, their store needed to reflect that same level of performance, personalized, scalable, and uncompromising.

Challenges

Shopify themes, apps, and templates were hitting their limits, both creatively and functionally.
