  • You request cancellation within 7 days of initial payment and before any deliverables are submitted

  • You encounter a technical issue caused by our team that cannot be reasonably resolved

In these cases, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • The stage of the project

  • The work completed

  • Resources and time already committed

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Work has been delivered and approved by you

  • Delays or issues are caused by your failure to provide necessary inputs or approvals

  • Service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., hosting providers, APIs)

We also do not offer refunds on:

  • Monthly retainer payments already processed

  • Consultation calls or strategy sessions after they have taken place
