Our services are available to individuals, startups, and businesses globally. Each project is initiated based on mutual agreement and may include a custom proposal, scope of work, or service-level agreement (SLA).

Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise in a custom agreement:
All payments are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or US Dollars (USD)
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required for project initiation
Remaining payments are due upon milestones or completion
Retainer services are billed monthly, in advance
Late or missed payments may result in service delays, account suspension, or legal action where necessary.
Intellectual Property
All code, designs, and deliverables created by StackVerse remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full settlement:
Clients gain full ownership and usage rights of approved deliverables
StackVerse retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio
Use of unauthorized copies or unpaid deliverables is strictly prohibited.
Project Timelines & Delays
Project timelines are estimated and depend on:
Client responsiveness
Scope changes
Third-party dependencies
We aim to meet delivery dates and maintain consistent communication. Delays due to client inaction or missing inputs are not StackVerse’s responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for precision, StackVerse will not be held liable for:
Data loss, third-party API issues, or website downtime
Business losses arising from delayed or disrupted delivery
Any indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability will never exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
User Conduct
Clients and users are expected to:
Provide accurate information
Use the platform lawfully
Refrain from abusive or unethical communication
Violations may result in termination of services without notice.
